How can education be improved in our community?

United Way of Wapello County works to advance the common good by focusing on the three building blocks for a good quality of life - education, income, and health.

United Way strongly believes that all students should receive a world-class education where they gain the skills needed to compete in a global economy. The United Way Executive Director participated in the Iowa Education Summit in July where the purpose was to build a consensus on how to give all students a world-class education, no matter where they live.

To do that, we need your help by being a part of the conversation locally, because we all win when a child succeeds in school. Give us your feedback by taking part in our easy four question survey.
