Take Part in the Health Survey

The Prevention Research Center for Rural Health (PRC-RH), which is a partnership with the University of Iowa College of Public Health and Ottumwa Community organizations, is conducting a survey to learn about the health needs of Ottumwa. The survey asks questions about health, eating, exercise habits as well as views about the community. We will be conducting telephone interviews of ~30 minutes only to residents within the city limits. Interviews can be conducted in Spanish or English. Compensation will be provided. The survey results will be presented to the community. Results will be used to evaluate health issues and develop projects to improve the health of the Ottumwa community. We hope you will take part in this important study!
