The first Southeast Iowa Early Care & Education Symposium will be held Saturday, April 14th, 2012 at the Indian Hills Community College Rural Health Education Center in Ottumwa, Iowa. The theme for this year’s symposium is ‘Body, Mind, Spirit'; Reaching out to embrace the total experience of early care and education for both the provider and the children and families that they serve.
The Southeast Iowa Early Care and Education Symposium will bring together early care and education experts and practitioners from around the state to help providers learn more and improve the quality of their childcare or preschool programming and facilities.
The Symposium Committee would like to extend a formal invitation to you to attend as a vendor (relevant community resource):
- There is no cost for any potential vendor to set-up a single table space/booth, size '2X6' instruction table.
- Complimentary lunch and snacks will be provided.
Attached below, you will find a symposium flyer, vendor form, and location map. If you are interested in setting-up a table/booth at this year’s Southeast Iowa Early Care & Education Symposium, please return your completed vendor form by April 6th, 2012. You may send everything to the address and contact name listed on the vendor form.
We strongly encourage serious vendors to submit their information in as soon as possible. We have limited space and will only be accepting a limited number of booths.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING YOUR OWN DISPLAYS, TABLE COVERS AND FREE INFORMATION and MATERIALS (PAMPHLETS, GIVE AWAYS, ETC.)
IHCC WILL SUPPLY A 2X6 TABLE(S) AND CHAIRS.
